DUI Program — First Offense

First Offender Program

Designed for individuals convicted of a first DUI offense, our First Offender Program is available in three lengths to satisfy court and DMV requirements. Sessions combine education, group counseling, and individual support to promote genuine behavioral change — not just compliance.

DUI Program — Multiple Offense

Multiple Offender Program

The 18-month program is designed for individuals with multiple DUI convictions. This intensive, structured curriculum meets DHCS's rigorous requirements and supports long-term sobriety through counseling, education, and accountability planning. Participants receive a DMV DL-101 Notice of Completion upon successful graduation.

DUI Program — Wet & Reckless

Wet & Reckless Program

For individuals convicted of a Wet & Reckless charge (Vehicle Code 23103/23103.5), Terra Nova offers a focused 6-week program. This shorter track addresses alcohol education and risk behavior without the full DUI program requirement, while still satisfying court-ordered treatment conditions.

Initial Assessment

Every participant begins with a confidential intake assessment conducted by a licensed counselor. This evaluation determines the appropriate program level, identifies any additional support needs, and establishes a treatment baseline. Assessments are available at both our Natomas and Downtown Sacramento locations, as well as virtually via Zoom.

License Restoration

License Reinstatement Support

Participants returning to Terra Nova after a leave of absence or seeking reinstatement of a suspended license receive dedicated case support. We work directly with the DMV and DHCS to ensure your status is current, fees are documented, and your DL-101 completion notice is filed promptly upon successful program conclusion.
