I’ve been working with small businesses and non-profits in the Sacramento, CA area for almost 20 years. Along the way, I’ve worn many hats: educator, IT director, web developer, and non-profit leader. Having experienced firsthand the unique challenges faced by smaller businesses and organizations, I’m passionate about empowering them with the tools and support they need to thrive and make a lasting impact.

Our Team

Each summer, through the non-profit branch of GLAD Technology, I travel to Kenya to lead a three-month coding bootcamp focused on web design and development. Our program equips underserved populations, including residents of Nairobi’s slums and rural Kenyan communities, with marketable skills to transform their futures. Top-performing graduates join our Digital Services agency, gaining vital experience and career support to launch their professional journeys.

We run our training programs in the United States and Kenya, providing young adults coming from low-income backgrounds with a career trajectory that can impact themselves, their families, and their communities. The nonprofit branch of our work sponsors students for these training programs free of charge.
