The South Natomas TMA is a nonprofit mutual benefit corporation that works cooperatively with the greater South Natomas community on transportation management and air quality issues — developing and operating trip reduction programs that help employers, employees, and the region thrive.

Incorporated in 1989, we represent approximately 200 employers and over 7,500 employees across the South Natomas business district. Recognized by the Association for Commuter Transportation, the Sacramento Area Council of Governments, and the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors as an industry leader in innovative commute programs.

Financial subsidies, emergency coverage, capital investments, and clean transportation options — all accessible through NorCal Go.

Carpool, Transit & Clean Vehicle Subsidies

Employees of member companies who shift their commute away from solo driving are rewarded directly. Log your trips in NorCal Go and redeem monthly subsidies during the first two business days of the following month.

$50/month carpool subsidy — minimum 10 round trips, 2-person minimum
$75/month for Sacramento Regional Transit or Amtrak Capitol Corridor riders
$50/month Low Emissions Vehicle subsidy — 30 subsidies available monthly

Emergency Ride Home

One of the most common barriers to ditching the solo commute is the fear of getting stranded. Our Emergency Ride Home program eliminates that concern entirely — giving employees the confidence to carpool or take transit every day.
