Founded in 1994 by Yolanda Ramos-Colosio in Sacramento, IMBA — Instituto Mazatlán de Bellas Artes — has been a distinguished school of dance and performing arts for over 30 years. IMBA quickly emerged as a vibrant platform, inviting Sacramento's youth to explore their Mexican heritage and unleash their kinetic and artistic talents.
