Our Mission

Improving and distinguishing Fulton Avenue as one of the most attractive areas in the greater Sacramento region.

Developed by a coalition of property and business owners, the Fulton Avenue Association is a Property and Business Improvement District managing landscape and streetscape improvements, economic development, security, and marketing for the corridor.

About the District

A historic corridor at the center of Sacramento.

Fulton Avenue sits in the heart of Sacramento County — an area originally crossed by the Pony Express and known today as a premier destination for automotive retail, dining, and specialty shopping. At the north end is the championship 36-hole Haggin Oaks Golf Course; at the center sits the renovated Town & Country Village.

The Capitol City Freeway forms Fulton's northern boundary, with direct exits at Fulton, Arden, El Camino, and Marconi — making the corridor easy to reach from anywhere in the greater Sacramento region.

Security Patrol

A safer corridor, every day of the week.

The Fulton Avenue Association Security Patrol — administered by Sacramento Protective Services — provides patrol coverage seven days a week with a 24-hour dispatch line for members. If you're a member experiencing nuisance loitering or other concerns, an officer will be dispatched.
